I had a great experience working with Jonathan to install new railings for my patio stairs. At the beginning, he has been very patient and answered all my questions. He let me know about different options and expected timelines. Also he checked with me for different design options. To better answer my question on the material, he even came over to show me the material that was going to be used and how it would look like after installation. He's also very upfront with his communication and accomodating to my schedule. I do like the overall look and quality of my new railing. His price is very competitive.
